most ex-USSR countries do not have access to PayPal and thats mean they do not have access to eBay also .
So if u trying to make some joke , make sure u know what u talking about
Most ex-USSR people don't have the money to pay to have internet at home and thus don't play EVE. If they are rich enough to pay for it, they also have a bank account and access to PayPal.
Okay miss Fufu, you are so innocent... I will explain. Many people like there lifes to be simple, not to handle many accounts, not to go to the bank, not to use trips to western union, etc.. So the deal goes like this: - Me as a jobless dude BUT a hardcore player, as hardcore I don't play at home because is lame, I play with my friends at the internet-cafe( not because I don't have a PC at home or net connection) because is fun - My program is like this , I wake between 11.00 -15.00, I go to the net cafe, get a pack of cigs, some coffe, a bottle of coke and maybe a burger - Play eve all day and all night(don't need alarm clocks),go home at 6-8 am - Farm ISK That above is a foot soldier, if he is constant he can get 300-1000 Euros a month and continue with his life style easily, he can play from home if he likes( because a net connection is 5-20 euros per month) and farm ISK.
Now the sellers, the richy rich which gathers fabulos wealth of the ones above. Usually they started as internet cafe owners, not necesarly but smart peeps which saw fast the buisness opurtunity. - Beside them, they have partners or people hired, who will stay on messenger or other comunication means, 24/7, why? because they need there customer happy, fast trades --> customer comes back - him or people hired, go often to the bank or any other office which does transfer of cash - now the Pay Pall thingie, you need some1 in the Western side of europe to make an account and manage it, you give him a cut - make a site, so customer can check chit and prices, etc make urself known - if you have the money, buy computers.. arange a few rooms, hire the hardcore peeps( they will be happy they don't have to pay to the internet cafe be in a room with people who play the same game), great you will have a steady source of ISK - talk to people, find the hardcores which can make lots of ISK but can't sell, make them a offer, send them there money by post or whatever - now the good part, aquire ISK for 60-80% of your selling price, 40% <--- PROFIT - Organise your covert ops, be sure to know the latest means to make quick ISK, put the people hired to do it
Now the really good part, a normal seller( which isn't part of the rankings of a big alliance) with 30-70 providers,if he is smart and developed o good herd of milking cows( aka customers), will sell ISK in aprox 4-6 months for the equivalent of 50,000-150,000 EUROS.( This I heard it with my own ears). Now for me, I was a hardcore player, but I only played to have fun, never for money .. now I have a job and family, no more sleepless nights for months in a row for me. But all my playing friends where doing this(I didn't play Eve at that time), and I know a stuff or two about it. Anyways a seller can make from 4000 Euros to 20000 Euros a month, depends of the number of games he provides ISK,GC,credits etc.
Eve because of what it is ( a pvp game, in which when your "character" dies you loose all your items) the demand for ISK is HUGE, and thanx to CCCP they introduced T2 and complexes, so the farmers have better tools to generate ISK. I'm tired, I hope miss Fufu I introduced some light into this matter. Sorry for my grammar.
